Details of ISMM Courses & Qualifications available

THE INSTITUTE OF SALES & MARKETING MANAGEMENT is the only professional body awarding accredited Sales Courses that lead to nationally recognised qualifications. All the Courses are accredited by QCA, the Government's Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, and are available from level 2 to Level 5 (Diploma)

Courses are available from Introductory Levels for those new to sales as a career right up to Diploma Level for senior sales people and Key Account Managers. Courses covered:

  • Basic Sales Skills (Level 2) 
  • Advanced Sales Skills (Level 3)   
  • Sales Administration (Level 2/3)
  • Sales Management (Level 4) 
  • Strategic Sales Management (Level 5) 
  • Key Account Management (Level 5) 

The principles behind all the UKES courses: -

  • Courses are based on the principle that people and businesses should buy because they want to, not because of any applied pressure
